Sveltia CMS — Editorial Interface

The CMS gives you full editorial control over all site content — news articles, case studies, team profiles, service page copy, and site-wide settings — without any technical knowledge required.

To access the CMS, you will need a GitHub account that has been added as a collaborator to the site repository. Contact your developer to set this up before your first login.

Open the CMS at acestrategies.au/admin/ and use your access token to log in

Authorise the Ace Strategies application when prompted — this only happens once

Browse content collections in the left sidebar — News, Case Studies, Team, Knowledge Base, and more

Create a Draft article to explore the editor — set status to Draft so it won't appear on the live site

When ready to publish, change an article status to Published — the site updates automatically within two minutes

Your Internal Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is your organisation's private wiki — a structured library of briefing notes, research reports, how-to guides, policy analysis, and reference material for your team and alliance members.

Each article has a status (Draft → Review → Published → Archived) and an audience (Staff only, Members only, or Both). You control visibility entirely through the CMS — no developer needed.

In the CMS sidebar, click Knowledge Base to see all existing articles

Open any article to review its Status, Audience, Category, and body content

Create a new article — set Status to Draft so it won't appear on the site until you're ready

4

Change Status to Published when ready — the article goes live within two minutes with no developer involvement
